Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data under GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).

This action is irreversible

  • All your weight logs, injection records, and health data will be deleted
  • Your account cannot be recovered after deletion
  • You will be logged out of all devices

We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR. You will receive a confirmation at your email address.

What gets deleted?

  • Your profile (name, height, weight, health goals)
  • All weight logs and tracking history
  • Injection records and dose history
  • Side effect logs
  • Education progress and lesson history
  • Notification preferences and device tokens
  • Your account credentials (email/phone)

You can also delete your account directly from the app: My Account → Delete Account.
