Users must always:

• Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or discontinuing any GLP-1 medication or treatment plan.
• Seek immediate medical attention if they experience adverse reactions or side effects.
• Not rely on the Application for any clinical or emergency medical decision-making.

The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content or features for individual health needs. By using the Application, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to obtain appropriate medical guidance.

GLP-1 Medication Tracking

WeightEasy provides tools to help users track their GLP-1 medication schedules (including but not limited to semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, and other GLP-1 receptor agonists), dosages, injection logs, weight progress, and associated side effects. Please note:

• Dosage information displayed in the Application is for personal reference only and is based on data entered by the user. It is not verified by the Service Provider or any medical authority.
• The Application does not have access to your prescription records, pharmacy data, or healthcare provider information unless explicitly integrated by the user.
• Medication reminders are a convenience feature only. The Service Provider is not responsible for missed doses, incorrect dosing, or medication errors.
• Weight loss results vary by individual. The Application does not guarantee any specific health outcome.

Subscription & In-App Purchases

WeightEasy offers both a free tier and premium subscription plans. Premium features may include advanced analytics, personalized insights, ad-free experience, and priority support.

By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as applicable to your purchase.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice to users.

Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Users are advised to review the terms of the following service providers:

The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services linked within the Application.

User Responsibilities

The Application stores and processes personal data that you provide in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the health and medication data you enter into the Application.
• Not sharing your account with others or allowing unauthorized access.

The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.

Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not perform optimally due to lack of connectivity, exhausted data allowances, or network restrictions imposed by your mobile provider.

If you use the Application outside your home region, mobile data roaming charges may apply. The Service Provider is not liable for any such charges. If you are not the account holder for the device, it is assumed you have obtained the necessary permissions.

Privacy & Health Data

WeightEasy takes the privacy of your health data seriously. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Health and medication data you enter is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The Service Provider will not sell your personal health data to third parties for advertising purposes.
• If you choose to connect optional platforms such as Apple Health or Health Connect, any data shared with those platforms is also governed by their respective privacy terms.

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your WeightEasy account and all associated personal data at any time. Upon deletion:

• All your health data, weight logs, injection records, side effect logs, and medication history will be permanently deleted.
• Your account credentials will be removed from our systems.
• Deletion is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered.
• We will process deletion requests within 30 days as required by applicable data protection law (including GDPR Article 17).

You can delete your account in two ways:

• In-app: My Account → Delete Account
• Online: Visit weighteasy.app/delete-account to submit a deletion request

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application.
• Any loss of data, health outcomes, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content related to GLP-1 medications or health tracking features.

In no event shall the total liability of the Service Provider exceed the amount you paid, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, complaint, or dispute relating to the Application, we encourage you to contact us first at care@weighteasy.app so we can try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve the matter informally, any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and through the courts or consumer forums that have proper jurisdiction over the matter. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Updates & Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application periodically. You agree to install updates when offered to ensure security and continued functionality. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be compatible with your device’s operating system version.

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the Application or discontinue your access at any time. Upon termination: (a) all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device if instructed.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Any material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Application following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
